All shipping is from Canada and all U.S. and foreign clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty on receipt of their order. All shipping fees are pre-calculated for Canada and the U.S. All other countries will need to contact me directly to arrange shipment.

 

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order including an approximate processing time and an estimated date of shipment. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and including the tracking number. Insurance is included in the shipping fee.

 

Please ensure the mailing address is correct - if your package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be charged the return shipment fee PLUS the re-shipment fee if you still want to receive your purchase. If you prefer to cancel your purchase, you will be refunded your order minus the shipping fees.

 

Please note that shipping times do not include standard processing time (see individual product descriptions for approximate processing times).

Because of the handmade and collective nature of art products, I do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are dissatisfied with your purchase when it arrives, please let me know at jhassardart@gmail.com.

 

If your item arrives and the package is damaged, please photograph the damage to the packaging BEFORE opening. If you open the package and the piece itself is damaged, please email me immediately at jhassardart@gmail.com and photograph the damage to the piece. A claim will be opened with the shipping company and a replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.
