Shipping Policy
All shipping is from Canada and all U.S. and foreign clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty on receipt of their order. All fees are precalculated for Canada and the U.S. All other countries will need to contact me directly to arrange shipping fees.
Please ensure the mailing address is correct - if your package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be charged the return shipment fee PLUS the re-shipment fee if you still want to receive your purchase. If you prefer to forfeit your purchase, you will be refunded your order minus the shipping fees.

Please note that shipping times do not include standard processing time (see individual product descriptions for approximate processing times).
Return & Exchange Policy
Because of the handmade and collective nature of art products, I do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are dissatisfied with your piece when it arrives, please let me know at jhassardart@gmail.com.
If your item arrives and the package is damaged, please photograph the damage to the packaging BEFORE opening. If you open the package and the piece itself is damaged, please email me immediately at jhassardart@gmail.com and photograph the damage to the piece. A claim will be opened with the shipping company and a replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.
